Beautiful Texas State Capitol dome design in new condition!

Obverse features the outline of Texas and the interior of the dome inside the Texas State Capitol.

Reverse includes a repeating design of the Texas outline.

The Texas State Capitol which currently stands in Austin, Texas has stood for more than 129 years as a testament to the will and determination of the people of Texas. The current building is the third in the state’s history to house the seat of government in the state, and this structure has seen it all during its time as it survived countless renovations and overcame the threat of fires.

On the obverse of each 1 oz Texas Mint Silver Bar is the image of the capitol building’s ceiling as viewed from the floor of the central rotunda in the interior. As you gaze up in the actual building, you’ll see a collection of concentric panels closing in toward the center as the dome rises toward the sky. In the very center of that design is the Lone Star of Texas with the word “TEXAS” around the five points of the star.

Also included on the obverse side of the bar is the outline of the state of Texas, a silhouette which is a registered trademark. The bar’s weight, purity, and metal content are engraved off the Texas panhandle in the design.

The reverse face of the 1 oz Texas Mint Silver Bar features the same trademarked image of the state of Texas. This time, a smaller vision of the silhouette is arranged in a repeating pattern that is stately and organized as it marches side to side across the bar.
