While Perth Mint has issued Australian Silver Kangaroo coins for decades, most of the early issues were one-off releases or proof coins. In 2016, Perth Mint established an annual Silver Kangaroo bullion series with .9999 pure silver content and a static design on the reverse. Perth Mint will ship these coins to authorized dealers in Monster Boxes, but for those who may own Silver Kangaroos without a Monster Box, Bullion Metals has the solution. Right now, Australian Silver Kangaroo Monster Boxes are available at Bullion Metals.

The Australian Silver Kangaroo Monster Box is a durable storage case made by the Perth Mint to house bulk quantities of 1 oz Silver Kangaroos. This listing is for the empty box only—no coin tubes or coins are included. Though the boxes are used and may exhibit signs of handling, they continue to serve as a practical storage option for collectors and investors.

Perth Mint established the Silver Kangaroo bullion series in 2016, offering its first bullion .9999 pure silver coin. Unlike the Silver Kookaburra and Silver Koala, for example, the Silver Kangaroo features a static design on the reverse. This iconic design is inspired by one that debuted on the Australian copper penny in 1936. The simple design shows a red kangaroo in left-profile relief bounding along with sun rays around the edges of the design field.
